I was not attempting to imply that you were responsible for our lack of technology that currently prevents us from fully communicating with the Delta Quadrant. I was referring to the limited nature in which you have allowed such communication to now exist. Knowing Janeway (by reputation at the least), we may yet be able to utilize this media for some small measure of communication. Only time will tell. However, you are correct.
